SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard 5 to 15 days shipping on Order within the US 48 states and US protected territories. The order subtotal shall be equal or greater than $250.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary depending on the selected courier, product weight and package used. Customer can get their quotes either using the cart estimated shipping generator or by contacting us via email at infoandsales@ecrperfromance.com or by accessing our contact us section https://ecrperformance.com/contact-us/
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be delays of a few days in shipments. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone. Typically, most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Special orders may take longer, generally between 4 to 9 days. We offer other shipping methods at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). These tracking numbers will be activated within 24 hours. For orders valued at over $750, a signature may be required upon delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard of 5 to 15 days shipping is not valid on international orders.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
For hazardous items, this will be shipped via domestic ground services.
Hazardous Items will not be shipped to international addresses
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
