Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returns must be pre approved.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email us at ecr-team@ecrperformance.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS
 
The following items cannot be returned:
 
     ●     Customized Items
     ●     Clearance or limited availability Items
     ●     Special Orders
     ●     Electrical Components ( speed, sensors, sensors, ignition coils, fuel pumps ect.)
     ●     Electrical Connectors
  •  CUSTOMER NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PART ORDERED IS THE CORRECT FOR THE APLICATION INTENDED. We will not accept returns of parts correctly dispatch and/or unused parts. Example of this; customer ordered the wrong size or customer ordered a part that does not need or does not fit the application.

Please Note
 
     ●     If a refund is due, 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 
     ●     CUSTOMER NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PART ORDERED IS THE CORRECT FOR THE APLICATION INTENDED. We will not accept returns of parts correctly dispatch and/or unused parts. Example of this; customer ordered the wrong size or customer ordered a part that does not need or does not fit the application.
     ●     Items with heavy physical damage will be will be rejected for a refund or store credit
     ●      Type of damages that will cause the return to be rejected: • Fire damage • Use of unapproved fuels specific to the injectors • Bent or broken injector bodies • Use of oxygenated race fuels (VP Q16, 260 GT, EXO2 107, MTBE, etc.) • Missing or damaged parts • Tool marks from improper installation or removal • Broken, cracked, scratched, melted, or missing electrical connectors • Broken, bent, or missing pintles • Severely corroded metal bodies
     ●     Custom items and special orders are excluded of this policy.
     ●     We are humans and mistakes can happen; if we (ECR Performance) wrongfully dispatched a part, we will exchange it for the correct one.
     ●     Shipping cost is non refundable.
     ●     If approved, only the cost of the part will be refunded minus the restoking fee (when applicable)
