RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returns must be pre approved.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

If an item needs to be returned, please contact us first. Do not send anything without contacting us beforehand. This is to prevent confusion or issues with your return. All communication regarding this process will be sent via email. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Securely pack items in a well-suited box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit. All components must be returned in their original box or bag. Examples include connectors, O-rings, seats, covers, cables, hoses, etc. If any items are missing from the original contents, an additional 5% will be applied to the restocking fee.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized parts

  • Clearance or limited availability items

  • Special orders

  • Electrical components (including sensors, ignition coils, fuel pumps, pigtails, connectors, relays, fuses, switches, and relay modules)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the part ordered is correct for the intended application. We do not accept returns for correctly shipped and/or unused parts. For example, if a customer orders the wrong size, a part they do not need, the tuner and/or mechanic did not like the part or a part that does not fit their application, it cannot be returned.

Please Note

  • If a refund is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the part ordered is correct for the intended application. We do not accept returns for correctly shipped and/or unused parts. Examples include ordering the wrong size, a part that is not needed, a part that does not fit the application, or a tuner/mechanic deciding they do not like the part.

  • Items with heavy physical damage will be rejected for a refund or store credit.

  • Types of damage that will result in return rejection:

    • Fire damage

    • Use of unapproved fuels specific to the injectors

    • Bent or broken injector bodies

    • Use of oxygenated race fuels (e.g., VP Q16, 260 GT, EXO2 107, MTBE, etc.)

    • Missing or damaged parts

    • Tool marks from improper installation or removal

    • Broken, cracked, scratched, melted, or missing electrical connectors

    • Broken, bent, or missing pintles

    • Severely corroded metal bodies

    • Electrical burn marks (e.g. arching, melting, over heating, shorted connections ect.)

  • Custom items and special orders are excluded from this policy.

  • If any items are missing from the original product, an additional 5% will be applied to the restocking fee.

  • We are human, and mistakes can happen. If ECR Performance ships the wrong part, we will exchange it for the correct one.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If approved, only the cost of the part will be refunded, minus the restocking fee (when applicable).
