Return Policy

 

All returns must be post marked within 10 days of the purchase.

 

To return an item, please contact us at ecr-team@ecrperformance.com. DO NOT send items with out contacting us first. In the email, please provide the following:

 

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Description of the problem

  • Your contact phone number

 

Once authorize, proceed to send the part to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail you return. Once your have a tracking number, please email us the number so we can also track the package.

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and test the part (if deem necessary). Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your time to processes the return. Once we have a determination we will email you about the decision. Depending of the case, we will offer a store credit or a refund. If a refund deem to be due, it may take 1 to 3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. Check with your credit card company.

 

Exceptions

 

The following cannot be returned:

 

  • Customized Parts

  • Clearance or limited availability parts

  • Special orders

  • Electrical components (sensors, ignition coils, fuel pumps and fuel related components, ect.)

  • Electrical connectors

  • Unused parts: (customer orders a part and does not need anymore or part does not fit in the car or application)

 

Please note:

 

  • A 10% fee will be charge for all returns

  • YOU (THE CUSTOMER) NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PART OR PARTS YOU ORDERED ARE CORRECT FOR THE APPLICATION INTENDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If we (ECR Performance) wrongfully dispatched a part, we will exchange it for the correct one.

  • Items with heavy physical damage will be rejected for a refund or store credit. Examples of this could be:

    • Fire damage

    • Bend or broken bodies

    • Missing or damage parts and components

    • Tools marks from improper installation or removal

    • Broken, cracked, scratched or melted or missing connectors

    • Severely corroded metal bodies.
