 SHIPPING POLICY

 Shipment Processing Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your products and the shipping provider. Please also note, that the shipping rates of items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail section.

 Most orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Most of our orders are processed and ship within 72hr. For special orders, allow more time, typically 4 to 9 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free shipping is offered with the purchase of $100 or more. Free shipping does not apply to internationals orders.

 Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ECR PERFORMANCE/O’CTTANE PR/USA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Signature Required

All orders valued over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ECR PERFORMANCE/ O’CTTANE PR/ USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ECR PERFORMANCE/ O’CTTANE PR/USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (depending on the situation).

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return authorization must be obtained from us before returning any component.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request return and send products back.

To complete your return, we require a completed RMA form and receipt or proof of purchase. You must obtain an RMA number from us  before sending in any return.

Custom items and special orders are excluded of this policy.

 

Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if approved by O’CTTANE).

Restoking Fee

10% Restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
